Couples therapy (for clients 18+) may help to improve communication with your partner, resolve areas of friction, and develop a closer emotional bond.

Family Therapy or Counselling

Family services (all members must be 16+) can help to resolve acute or long-standing family issues, improve relationships, process grief, and transitions such as blending of families and separation.

Group Therapy and Workshops

Online Therapeutic Writing Group for Emotional Awareness and Expression

  • Meeting Times: Fridays 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM (5 weekly 90-minute sessions)

  • Meeting Dates: Sept. 23, Sept. 30, Oct. 7, Oct. 14, and Oct. 21, 2022

  • Location: Zoom

  • Explore writing as a therapeutic tool for healing, personal growth, and self-care
  • Discover different ways you can engage with and experience your feelings while strengthening your emotional wellbeing
  • Work towards building a deeper understanding of your own emotional experiences 
  • Experience a healing and creative environment for self-discovery, self-expression, and connection with others
  • No prior expressive writing experience required
  • Open to anyone curious about or interested in written forms of self-expression such as creative writing or journal writing

Online Group for Stress Management

  • Meeting Times: Wednesdays 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (5 weekly 90-minute sessions)

  • Increase your ability to recognize, understand, and adapt how you deal with stress
  • Learn and practice CBT, ACT, and mindfulness-based strategies to gain the resources and skills for coping more effectively with stressful situations in your day-to-day life
  • Experience a supportive learning environment for self-reflection, problem-solving, and skill-building
  • Work towards moving closer to your personal goals and values in the face of challenging situations, improving your resistance to burnout, and increasing your overall wellbeing
  • Open to anyone interested in learning new approaches or fine-tuning their current approaches to dealing with stress on a psychological, emotional, behavioural, and physical level
