Couples Therapy or Counselling

Couples therapy (for clients 18+) may help to improve communication with your partner, resolve areas of friction, and develop a closer emotional bond.

Family Therapy or Counselling

Family services (all members must be 16+) can help to resolve acute or long-standing family issues, improve relationships, process grief, and transitions such as blending of families and separation.

Group Therapy and Workshops

Online Therapeutic Writing Workshop

  • Meeting Format: 2-hour online workshop
  • Meeting Date/Time: TBD
  • Location: Zoom
  • $35 plus tax

  • Participate in interactive and guided writing activities as well as group discussions
  • Discover different ways you can engage with your feelings and experiences
  • Explore writing exercises you can use on your own to support your emotional self-care and self-understanding
  • Experience a supportive and creative environment for self-discovery and connection with others
  • Open to anyone (18+ in age) interested in or curious about expressive writing (no prior writing experience required)

This workshop will be facilitated over Zoom where we can interact with one another as a group. While the workshop will offer a therapeutic space, attending this workshop does not itself offer psychotherapy or group psychotherapy. It is being run for promoting self-help, self-care, and psychoeducation.

  • Increase your ability to recognize, understand, and adapt how you deal with stress
  • Gain stress management coping tools from guided experiential and interactive exercises 
  • Explore the following topics: (1) understanding common responses to stressful situations or experiences, (2) strategies for managing and reducing stress, and (3) self-care management
  • Learn and practice evidence-based strategies from CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) as well as mindfulness techniques to help you work towards coping more effectively with stressful situations in your day-to-day life
  • Experience a supportive learning environment for self-reflection and skill-building  
  • Open to anyone (18+ in age) interested in learning new approaches or fine-tuning their current approaches to dealing with stress
