About Caroline
My name is Caroline, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and completing my practicum placement at ReNu Counselling & Psychotherapy under the supervision of Renee Raymond, RP.
I completed my Bachelor of Science, Honours in Psychology at York University. I have been working at a private counselling center as an office administrator for two years and an administrative assistant for a year and a half prior. I have connected with clients from diverse cultures, populations, and socioeconomic backgrounds, which have enhanced my understanding of the uniqueness of each individual.
I am deeply committed to helping clients from diverse backgrounds within a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space that allows healing. I take compassionate, culturally-sensitive, collaborative, and mindfulness-based approaches to therapy. I use a client-centred framework that draws from an eclectic approach to therapy by applying different interventions and modalities that best fit clients, their challenges, and their needs.
Wherever you may be in the healing process, I am here to welcome, encourage, and support you.
