About Magdhi

As we go through life, many times we may find ourselves stuck, lost, overwhelmed, challenged, or just exhausted. We might need to discover ourselves again or change our way of life and let go of what no longer works for us.

I work with people from different ranges of issues and cultures. Working with clients going through general anxiety, which might limit my clients from achieving their goals, to dealing with past trauma and its functions in their adult life. Each on a different path with a unique blend of emotions and beliefs.

I mostly work with clients who are dealing with the pain of past trauma, both physical and mental. This I believe is my main area of work. However, I also have experience working with clients who suffer from anxiety, depression, or low self-esteem.

As a therapist I work with the two most important ingredients in psychotherapy, Compassion, and sensitivity. My goal is to be committed to understanding my client’s needs and provide them with a safe and a non-judgemental relationship and provide them with tools and skills to feel like themselves or overcome whatever they might be struggling with.

I have a very authentic approach to my clients, hence, I feel no one recipe fits all and so I tailor individualised and holistic treatment plans based on their specific culture, values, and stories. Some modalities I use with my clients currently are CBT, narrative therapy, Trauma informed care and ACT. I like to use scientific approaches and provide them through a personalised treatment plan to provide my clients a wholesome therapeutic experience on this journey.

Taking the first step towards your wellbeing and health is a crucial one yet the last thing, lets change that to first “My health” and then “the world”
